Luperón could be a city within the Puerto Plata province of the land. It lies within the north of the country and could be a tiny holidaymaker center with one across-the-board building and a coastal bay.
The city was once called white (White) or Pueblo white (White Town), probably once the numerous Spaniards WHO came to trade timber. Because of its form and site, Luperon bay is good for sheltering from hurricanes, and lots of boats anchor there throughout the cyclone season.
