Lulu town was a transient mining city in jap Grand County, Colorado, within the Kawuneeche vale in what’s currently chain parkland. The city appeared once silver was discovered within the space in 1879 by miner Joe Shipler, and was designed primarily by the center Park and Grand stream Land Improvement Company in 1880. The corporate was backed by Benjamin F. Author of Fort Collins and Fort Collins husbandman William Baker. The city was named once Burnett’s girl. By 1881 there have been forty cabins and variety of business institutions.
