Lufkin celebrated its one hundred and twenty fifth day of remembrance in Gregorian calendar month 2007. Lufkin could be a town in Angelina County, Texas, u. S.. Based in 1882, the population was thirty five,067 in 2010. It’s the county courthouse of Angelina County, and is settled in Deep East TX. The city is called for Abraham P. Lufkin, a cotton merchandiser and Galveston, TX town councillor. Lufkin was the relative-in-law of Paul Bremond, president of the Houston, East and West TX Railway that developed the city.
