The Louis Armstrong House was the house of Louis Armstrong and his married person Lucille Wilson from 1943 till his death in 1971. Lucille gave possession of it to town of latest royal line so as to form a depository targeted on her husband. It had been selected a brand new royal line town Landmark in 1988 and declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.
It is situated at 34-56 107th Street close to thirty seventh Avenue, in Corona, Queens, the big apple town. The home is currently a depository that presents concerts and academic programs, operates as a historic house depository and makes materials in its archives of writings, books, recordings and record on the market to the general public for analysis.
