Lot 16 (pop. 550) is a township in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is part of Richmond Parish. The name “Lot 16” originates with the original survey of Prince Edward Island by Samuel Holland in the 18th century. It is one of the few communities in Prince Edward Island that continues to use its original lot designation in its formal name. Lot 16 also is home to the Belmont Provincial Park located at Winchester Cape in Belmont. It is a day use park jutting out into the bottom of Malpeque Bay.
