The Linden Hills Branch Library may be a library within the Linden Hills neighborhood of southwest Minneapolis, Minnesota. The branch library originally opened in 1911 on the primary floor of the Lake Harriet business Club building. In 1931, underneath the leadership of Minneapolis Public Library’s chief bibliothec Gratia Countryman, the library stirred into its own building on 2900 West forty third Street. Space resident Joseph Victor altruist designed the library within the Tudor Revival vogue. Head bibliothec Edith Frost served for over thirty years. The library has additionally hosted community teams like children’s clubs, neighborhood teams, and women’s organizations. The library was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000 and restored in 2002
