L’Estartit is most outstanding for its interesting landscapes and stunning natural beauty, with views over the bay, the Medes Islands and the surrounding protected countryside. Within the village, special mention should be made of the fishing harbour and the Passeig del Molinet seafront promenade. Furthermore, there are buildings with interesting architecture, such as Casa Salietti house, dating from the beginning of the 20th century, and the Casas de los Americanos (built in Latin American colonial style) from the end of the 19th century, in the centre of Santa Anna street. Rellotge Tower is also in this same street. One of L’Estartit’s main attractions is its long, long beach, which is divided into three sections: the main or Central beach, Griells beach and Pletera beach. Here you can go scuba diving opposite the Medes Islands and on the Montgrí coast.
