Lamezia Terme, commonly named Lamezia, is an Italian city of 71,287 inhabitants in the province of Catanzaro in the Calabria region. Lamezia is located on the eastern border of the coastal plain commonly called Piana di Sant’Eufemia, which was created by drying a wide marshy area.
