Lake purpose is AN unorganised community in Tooele County, Utah, u. S.. Lake purpose is found on the south shore of the good Salt Lake and is served by interstate eighty. Lake purpose is north of Tooele. The community was originally settled in 1854 below the name of E.T. City, in honor of Ezra T. Benson. It absolutely was renamed Lake purpose in 1923.
