The Ladies’ Mile Historic District was selected in could 1989, by the ny town Landmark Preservation Commission to preserve associate irregular district of 440 buildings on twenty eight blocks and components of blocks in Manhattan, from roughly eighteenth Street to twenty fourth Street and from Park Ave. South to west of the Avenue of ground (Sixth Avenue).
