La Baie may be a borough of the town of Saguenay, Quebec, situated wherever the Rivière à Mars flows into the Baie des Ha! Ha!, a bay of the Saguenay stream. Erstwhile associate degree freelance town.its population in 2006 was nineteen,639.La Baie was created by the results of the merger of the cities of Bagotville, Port-Alfred and Grande-Baie in 1976. In 2002, it had been more amalgamated into the town of Saguenay.
