Kutch Museum in Bhuj, renowned as Gujarat’s oldest museum, the, houses one of the largest ancient collections of Kshatrapa inscriptions dating back to the 1st century AD along with some samples of the extinct Kutchi script. Additionally to a part that’s completely dedicated to tribal cultures with numerous specimens of ancient artefacts, folk arts and crafts and a few and some on the tribal folks. apart from these, the museum also has on display specimens of adorned clothes, paintings, arms and ammunitions, musical instruments, sculptures and alternative valuable work. Kutch Museum Consisting of 2 floors, boasts of an image gallery, an other section, associate anthropology section, a separate section on textiles, weapons, musical instruments, and a shipping section further.

Kutch Museum was established in the year 1877 by the Sir James Fergusson, British Governor of Mumbai. It was because of the name of its founder that Kutch Museum, Bhuj was initially named as Fergusson Museum.

Kutch Express (Daily) and Sayaji Nagri Express (Daily) from Mumbai via Surat, Ahmedabad and Gandhidham to Bhuj. Ala Hazrat Express(Daily) from Delhi via Jaipur, Ajmer and Palanpur to Bhuj.
