The Kootenai Creek Snowshoe Cabin was inbuilt ice mass parkland in 1926. the country log structure includes one area with a woodstove, and atiny low cellar viands. The cabin was placed on the patrol route from the Goat Haunt ranger station to the Fifty Mountain-Flattop region, regarding eight miles upstream from the ranger station. in contrast to most patrol cabins, it’s isolated from the park’s main path routes.
