The museum is located in the former granary and medieval Tower of the City´s fortification walls. An interesting selection of exhibits, sound and film installations take the visitor on a tour from the Bronze Age to the start of tourism in the 40s. A special exhibition is dedicated to the famous expressionist painter Alfons Walde.
