The population was twelve,916 at the 2010 census, down from twelve,944 at the 2000 census. Per the u. S. Federal agency, the town contains a total space of six.3 sq. Miles (16 km2), of which, 6.3 sq. Miles (16 km2) of it’s land and zero.16% is water.
