The Kent County war Monument is associate historic landmark at in city, Michigan. Plans for the monument were created, and fundraising started, before the tip of the yank war. The monument was dedicated on September 17, 1885. As is was typical of the many such monuments, the memorial was forged in metallic element. The monument is during a little triangular downtown park, finite by Division Avenue and Monroe Avenue.
