Kasangati is a town in Wakiso District, Central Uganda. Kasangati is located 9.0 miles (14.5 km) north of Kampala on the Kampala-Gayaza Highway. This well rounded market town can be found south of the slightly smaller area of Gayaza along the Kampala-Gayaza Road. The well established Fields of Life Academy, Kide Day and Boarding Primary School and Grace High School can be accessed from this town. Although dangerous after dark due to historical thugs, the town provides a friendly atmosphere for regulars and visitors alike.
