The Kansas town Power & light-weight District or Power & light-weight District could be a searching and diversion district in Downtown Kansas town, Missouri, u. S., developed by the Cordish Company of Baltimore, Maryland and designed by Beyer blinker miss and 360 design. The district contains 9 blocks on the side of the downtown loop. It’s situated between Baltimore Avenue to the west, Grand street to the east, twelfth Street to the north, and interstate 670 to the south.The Power & light-weight District is instantly to the west of the Sprint Center. It originally was to be named Kansas town Live!, however the Cordish Company set instead to call the district once the artistic movement Kansas town Power and lightweight Building. This headquarters of the Kansas town Power & electric company is additionally situated on the northern aspect of the district. A one-block space among the district, however, is named Kansas town Live!, and contains 2 floors of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, furthermore as an outsized, partly fogbound grounds and concert venue.
