The Kalita Humphreys Theater may be a historic theater in city, Texas (USA). It’s one in all solely 3 extant theaters by designer Frank Lloyd Wright and one in all the last completed buildings he designed. It had been the official home of the city Theater Center from 1959 to 2009. The city Theater Center committee approached Frank Lloyd Wright to style a theater onto land given by Sylvan T. Baer on the picturesque Turtle Creek. Wright, busy at the time with different comes, recommended that if the committee may use an idea already in his files he would conform to the project.The original style had been created for a geographical region theater in 1915 and later custom-made for state capital, Connecticut.
