Within the early nineteenth century, the Johns Creek space was dotted with commercialism posts on the Chattahoochee River in what was then Cherokee Indian territory.
The Cherokee nation was a confederacy of villages LED by a chief. They were rural and lived in log homes. Once Europeans settled within the space, the Cherokee developed Associate in Nursing alphabet, and a legislative assembly and judiciary mottled once the yank model. Some commercialism posts step by step became crossroads communities wherever pioneer families – Rogers, McGinnis, Findley, Buice, Cowart, Medlock et al – gathered to go to and sell their crops.
