This is a busy intersection in the hear of Kathmandu and the location of many spice dealers and clothes sellers. The spices are excellent and some packets can be had just for the tourist. My wife purchased an excellent green curry from one of the dealers. Many of the sellers set up on the stairs of the Mahadev Temple in the intersection.
