It is one of the most representative Gothic churches.Built in 1327 on the site of an old Romanesque church.The church has a single nave with flat plan sanctuary and thick walls.During the XVIII century a sacristy was added along with a chapel and a portico.Of note inside is the high reredo of Rococo style.The chapel of Carneiro opens out into the church through a Plateresque arch with vault roof.Out of the tombs in it, of note is that of Pedro Carneiro. There are noteworthy artisan headstones with guilds located in the gardens of the church.
