Husky structure is an out of doors bowl on the field of the University of Washington in urban center, Washington, us. It’s the house of the Washington Huskies of the Pacific-12 Conference, hosting its soccer games. The university holds its annual commencements at the structure. It’s set at the southeastern corner of field, between Montlake avenue N.E. And Union Bay, simply north of the Montlake Cut. Husky structure opened in 1920 (the last major renovation occurring in 2011), and its U-shaped style was specifically directed (18.167° south of due east) to attenuate glare from the first afternoon sun within the athletes’ eyes. The open finish overlooks scenic Lake Washington and also the Cascade Mountains, together with Mount Rainier. Its total capability of seventy two,500 makes it the most important structure within the Pacific Northwest.
