Husky sports stadium is an out of doors athletic facility on the field of the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, u. S.. It’s the house of the Washington Huskies of the Pacific-12 Conference, hosting its soccer games. The university holds its annual commencements at the sports stadium. It’s situated at the southeastern corner of field, between Montlake street N.E. And Union Bay, simply north of the Montlake Cut. Husky sports stadium opened in 1920 (the last major renovation occurring in 2011), and its formed style was specifically homeward (18.167° south of due east) to reduce glare from the first afternoon sun within the athletes’ eyes.
