Hugo could be a town within the southeastern a part of the U.S. State of American state, bordering Texas. Victor-Marie Hugo is that the county courthouse for Choctaw County and features a population of five,395 as of 2009 estimates. The town is winter quarters for a few circus performers. It’s adjacent to the oldest faculty west of the Mississippi: Goodland Academy, begun in 1848.
