Hosfelt Gallery in city, Golden State was supported in 1996 by Todd Hosfelt to exhibit up to date international artists operating all told media.
The gallery is presently housed in a very five,000-square-foot (460 m2) house in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood on 430 Clementina Street. Designed in 1999 by Fougeron design and Endres Ware Engineers, the designer was awarded for his work on the house.
In 2006, the gallery opened a further venue, a 7,500-square-foot (700 m2) house at 531 West thirty sixth Street, in Manhattan. Hosfelt Gallery was among the primary, to exhibit such critically acclaimed artists as Shahzia Sikander, Stefan Kürten, Shirin Neshat, Marco Maggi and Jim Campbell. In 2011, the gallery exhibited work by the late Beat creative person Jay DeFeo that was the primary exhibition of her work on the geographical area in fifteen years.
