Hooksett could be a city in Merrimack River County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was thirteen,451 at the 2010 census. The town is located between Manchester, the state’s largest city, and Concord, the city. Hooksett was incorporated in 1822. The primary census, taken in 1830, reported 880 residents. Hooksett is situated on the river in south-central New Hampshire.
