The Kingdom of The Netherlands liberal arts Center may be a liberal arts facility situated on thirteenth and Douglas Streets in downtown Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, American state within the United States; it opened in Oct 2005.
Designed by Omaha subject field firm HDR, Inc. Together with Polshek Partnership Architects, the structure focuses on events requiring associate atmosphere with sensible acoustics, together with performances by the Omaha symphony and Omaha space Youth Orchestra, in addition as numerous events at intervals the series, Omaha liberal arts Presents season. Kirkegaard Associates provided acoustics consulting and ny firm Fisher Dachs Associates provided theatre designing and style consultation.
The Center includes the Peter Kiewit hall, that seats two,005 and features a stage size of sixty four feet by forty eight feet. Another space is that the Suzanne and Sir Walter Scott Recital Hall with seating for 486 folks and a stage size of forty feet by thirty two feet. Finally, the yard may be a semi-closed space for events that seats one,000 people.
