Hobbs Observatory is Associate in Nursing astronomical observatory closely-held and operated by University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire’s Department of Physics and uranology and residential to the Chippewa depression Astronomical Society. it’s situated within the Beaver Creek Reserve four miles north of Fall Creek, Wisconsin. it’s named when the John Berry Hobbs Foundation, an area philanthropic organization that provided cash for the initial construction in 1978 and also the purchase of a Navy telescope.
