Himmatnagar is a town in the Sabarkantha district of Gujarat. It lies on the bank of the Hathmati river and is 68 km from Barmer and 487 km from Jaipur. It was named after the king, Himmat Singh. The local cuisine is said to be delicious and includes Daal Baati and Gujarati Thali.Himmatnagar has numerous temples and a very famous fort known as the Maharaja Himmat Singh Fort. The temples include the Jain Temple and the Bholeshwar Temple.

By Train : The town of Himmatnagar has a major railway station in its region, and Nathdwara, Udaipur and even Ahmedabad.
