The painted walls above the left altar with the adoration of the King in the art of the Brixner school (1443) were discovered much earlier. On the north wall, holy figures can be seen which are from the second half of the 15th Century, and on the south wall St. Helena and St. Erasmus together with a view of the town (?Hall) from the 16th Century.
The altars are neo Gothic and the Crucifix is late Gothic.
The new glass windows are from Wilfried Kirschl and Peter Prandstetter.
In the cemetry there is the grave of the priest – Sebastian Rieger (1867 – 1953), he was the priest here from 1914. At his house there is a memorial to him errected in 1963. The Bad Heiligkreuz which was used until the 20th Century, was a Spa from the 14th Century (fons in Gamps).
