Hedgesville could be a city in Berkeley County within the U.S. State of West Virginia’s japanese Panhandle. The population was 240 at the 2000 census. The city of Hedgesville was ordered come in 1832 on the previous heat Springs Road (now American state Route 9) and named for the outstanding native Hedges family. Hedgesville could be a National Register Historic District.
