Harper Woods could be a town settled on the east of residential area Motown, Michigan, u. S.. Town is found in Wayne County. Musician Woods was incorporated as a town on February nineteen, 1951 from what was left of Gratiot administrative district. A charter commission was elective , a charter ready and adopted, and a council elective . Town of musician Woods came into existence on October twenty nine, 1951, once the charter took result and therefore the 1st council was sworn in.
