The Hamilton-Holly House settled at four St. Mark’s Place within the East Village section of Manhattan could be a Federal vogue townhouse made in 1831. The home is 26-foot wide and 3-1/2-storys tall and a basement level. The home is designed of brick up a Flemish bond pattern with white marble at the basement level up until the start of the primary floor, it’s a high front patronise the most entrance on the left that is characterised by the Baroque vogue Gibbs surround entrance with triple keystone and fancy blocks and long parlor-floor windows, formed gable lintels and a peaked roof with 2 dormer window windows. There was originally a semi-circular Fe balcony at the elevated ground level level.
The entire block of St. Mark’s Place (East eighth Street) between Third and Second Avenues was developed by Thomas E. Davis, a British born land developer World Health Organization designed Federal vogue townhouses on either side of the road.
