Grosvenor Park may be a largely residential neighbourhood situated in eastern Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It’s a residential district subdivision, composed of a near-even mixture of low-density, single detached dwellings and apartment-style units.
The land for the Grosvenor Park neighbourhood was annexed by town between 1910 and 1919. Per a 1913 map of registered subdivisions, the neighbourhood was originally split in 2 sections known as University read and Alexandra Park. By the Nineteen Fifties, the planning of residential neighbourhoods departed from the previous grid system of roadways.
