Greenville could be a city in Greenville administrative district, Floyd County, Indiana, u. S.. The population was 595 at the 2010 census. Early in Floyd County’s history, Greenville was at first to be the seat. A brand new Albany resident offered to supply a bell for the courthouse, if and on condition that the courthouse were in-built New Albany. Thus, it had been designed there instead.
