Greenpoint Reformed Church may be a Reformed Church in America church at 136 poet Street within the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. As of March 2012, it had a congregation of eighty folks. Its fire tilework includes historic ceramic ware plaques depiction artificer and Henry M. Robert Livingston. In line with a keeper at the Metropolitan repository of Art, the Union ceramic ware mill in Greenpoint most likely factory-made the plaques within the decade. The congregation has used this building since it purchased it in 1942.
The Reverend Ann Kansfield has been one in every of the church’s pastors since 2003.[5] Her partner the Rev. Jennifer Aull has been co-pastor since 2006. Kansfield and Aull were cofounders of the cluster space For All. The church hosts a dinner and charity for its area people. The church’s food storage room program began in October 2007; it offers groceries to people and families, most of whom board northern Brooklyn. A homeless shelter shortly opened at Greenpoint Reformed Church in Nov 2012, however a couple of months later affected to a different neighborhood church.
