Green-Wood burying ground was supported in 1838 as a rural burying ground in borough, Kings County, New York.It was granted National Historic Landmark standing in 2006 by the U.S. Department of the inside.
The chapel was completed in 1911. It had been designed by the field of study firm of Warren and Wetmore, World Health Organization conjointly designed Grand Central Terminal, the commissioned naval officer building, the Yale Club and plenty of different buildings. The design of the chapel may be a reduced version of Saint Christopher Wren’s Thomas Tower at Christ Church school in Oxford. The chapel was improved in 2001.
