Granite town could be a town in Madison County, Illinois, u. S., a part of the bigger St. Gladiator metropolitan space. At the 2010 census, the population was twenty nine,849, creating it the second largest town within the Metro-East and Southern Illinois, behind Belleville. Formally supported in 1896, Granite town was named by the Niedringhaus brothers UN agency established it as a steel creating company city for the manufacture of room utensils created to gibe granite.
