The most famous attractions of this town are the thermal bath and the beaches at the Danube. The town has the „Kékperjési” wetland and the „Gödi” island as environmental protected area. Famous Hungarian artists like Latabár Kálmán, Bernáth Aurél, Arany János spent their time in this small town very often, and it is beloved by artists nowadays as well. The World wide famous Hungarian race horse, Kincsem had its residence in the manor’s stable 1876-1880. The town has ferry-connection in two different directions – Horány and Surány.
