The Globe Building, Beebe Building and therefore the edifice Cecil ar a trio of historic office/hotel buildings in downtown port of entry, Washington. The buildings occupy the whole side of the a thousand block of first Avenue between Madison and Spring Streets. All 3 buildings were made from late 1900 to 1901 for Syracuse, the big apple investors Clifford Beebe and William Nottingham by the Clise investment firm, headed by the distinguished Seattlite James Clise (1855–1938), as a results of the Alaska Gold Rush that resulted within the construction of the many such buildings in downtown port of entry.
