Gibbons may be a city in central Alberta, Canada. It’s situated on route 28A, thirty seven kilometer (23 mi) north-east of Edmonton.The city was named for William R. Gibbons United Nations agency settled within the space and was created from the merger of 2 smaller communities: Astleyville and Battenburg. Gibbons is set on the southern banks of the ganoid fish stream that may be a major tributary of the North Canadian province stream.
