Gasquet is found within the Smith stream National Recreation space and is acknowledged to be the rainiest place in California with a median annual precipitation of ninety five inches (2,400 mm).
A post workplace operated at Gasquet from 1879 to 1902 and from 1949 to gift. The name is in honor of Horace Gasquet, its initial master. The 2010 u. S.
