Gajner Lake is an artificial lake which is few decades old. This artificial lake is located in the city of Bikaner in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The Gajner Lake is a very popular tourist spot and is visited by many tourists. One can even spend a night here at many hotels located close by. The best time to visit the Lake is during the sunset hours, in the evening and one can even enjoy watching the wildlife in the evening. The soaring gate of this lake is a very popular and is also the symbolic places of Bikaner, due to its looks of red sandstone portico which is very well ornamented. This was at one point in time a summer holiday home of Maharanas, the lake is now part of a luxury hotel chain.

Taxi : Bikaner is well connected by a road network and national highways. The tourist can reach to Bikaner by taxi. The normal Indian taxi charges of Rupees 8 to 20 will be charged for each km.
