It’s situated within the Ninigret National life Refuge in Charlestown, Rhode Island midway on the coast line between Westerly and purpose Judith. It’s named when Edwin “Frosty” histrion. The most instrument may be a Meade LX200 16″ Helmut Schmidt Cassegrain telescope that was put in in July, 1999.
