Fort Nisqually was a very important fur mercantilism and farming post of the Hudson’s Bay Company within the Puget Sound space of what’s currently Dupont, Washington and was a part of the Hudson’s Bay Company’s Columbia Department. These days it’s a living history repository placed in urban center, Washington, USA, at intervals the boundaries of purpose Defiance Park. The Fort Nisqually depot, captive along side the Factor’s House from the initial web site of the second fort to the current park, is a U.S. National Historic Landmark.
