Forrest town is found on Crowley’s Ridge, a natural phenomenon that rises higher than the flat Mississippi Delta piece of ground that surrounds it. This north-south running highland is a few 3 miles wide and three hundred feet higher than water level. many species of trees not endemic to Arkansas area unit found here, as well as beech, butternut, rock maple, and cucumber trees.
