Foro Sol (English: Sun Forum) may be a sports and concerts venue in-built 1993 within the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in japanese Ciudad de Mexico. It’s placed ten minutes off from the Ciudad de Mexico International airdrome and is operated by Grupo CIE.
The venue was originally designed merely for staging massive music concerts. At first known as the Autódromo, it may accommodate up to fifty,000 people. Since 2000, it’s been used as a baseball construction in addition, as a result of the sole different major baseball construction in Ciudad de Mexico (Parque del Seguro Social, erst Parque Delta) was destroyed to create a mall (the mall is called Parque Delta and options a baseball theme).It is home to the Diablos Rojos del MéXico, a Mexican league team, and hosted Pool B of the 2009 World Baseball Classic March 8–12, 2009.Its name comes from a preferred brew whole of the Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma cluster.
