Detail InformationEdit
The First Protestant denomination of Motor City is found at 2870 Woodward Avenue in Motor City, Michigan. It had been listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.The First Protestant denomination of Motor City could be a Romanesque architecture Revival-style church designed of red sandstone; though somewhat remodelled throughout the 1936 widening of Woodward, it remains considerably as designed. The gabled facade features a nice expanse of masonry; a straightforward four-bay structure with a shed roof and stone Romanesque architecture columns spans the primary floor. There’s a two-story hip-roofed projection at the corner, and a aspect structure with stone piers covers a side door.
