The collection includes fire service appliances, equipment, and other memorabilia dating back to the 16th century. Situated in Winchester House, a Grade II Listed building which was the home of Eyre Massey Shaw, first chief officer of the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, later the London Fire Brigade). Access to the museum is by appointment only. Please contact the museum before visiting.
